My wife and I decided years ago that we would like to dedicate our free time to helping animals.  When we first started dating, we got a cat.  Not long after that, we got a second cat.  The third cat came when someone abandoned him and he made our home his home.  Two years ago, we finally got the dog I always wanted.  She is an Australian Cattle Dog named Meat.  The cats and dog got along great but we felt that Meat needed a better suited companion.  We searched online for different dogs at different rescue shelters.  One picture kept grabbing our attention.  It was a picture of a part Jack Russell name Flim Flam.  He was adorable and we decided to bring Meat to meet Flim Flam.  They hit it off immediately.  One of my favorite memories is of Flim Flam running towards us down the stairs to meet us for the first time.  He acted like he knew us for years.  We took him home for a week long trial.  Since all of our cats are bigger than him, they had no problems.  We are so fortunate to have three cats and two dogs that all like each other.  He has quickly become adapted to our home and has been an important addition to our home and family.  Meat and Flim Flam are best friends that do everything together.  With the help of Meat, Flim Flam is quickly learning basic tricks and obedience skills.  All of our friends and family have fallen in love with how cute Flim Flam is and we had one friend that told his wife that he wanted a Flim Flam for Christmas.  A New Leash On Life is an amazing organization that has helped us complete our family. One of the cuter pictures of Flim Flam is where he found my nieces pacifier (We do not let him play with it, but we had to get a picture ).

Last April, we adopted  puppy Woodrow in and fell in love with him immediately. We named him Skippy for his happy go-lucky personality. He has been aconstant source of love and joy for our family. Thank you so much for making this addition to our family possible!

Molly is doing great! We kept her name the same, it seems to fit her perfectly. She has so much human personality. She is super smart and very affectionate. Training her is a breeze, and we even got her enrolled in herding classes. She loves to chase the sheep!!!
